If you are not fully satisfied with the sound quality or amplification settings on the hearing aid, the device might require some reprogramming. We offer these adjustments for free for the life of the hearing aid.
Repair
If your hearing aid needs a repair, we offer the repair service to get your device working properly. This service covers repairs caused by wear-and-tear as well as user damage. If the hearing aids are under warranty period, it can be repaired for free cost except of physical damage. Repairing charges would be applicable for out of warranty hearing devices.
Product Warranty
All the company hearing aids and amplifiers come with a full 24 month (It can be varied as per the company policy) manufacturer’s warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. The guarantee will not be valid if hearing device has been modified or damaged by the user, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of the hearing experts.
